What I’d like to order from your menu isn’t available for on-line purchase?

You are welcome to place an order for goods over the telephone or contact us here. Our savouries, salads and breads are available in-store daily. Pre-ordering is not always necessary, but if you’d like to be guaranteed a product it’s advisable.


I’d like a cake for today?

Please come into either store in person and select a cake from our showcase, we have plenty available. Due to the nature of the size of our respective shops our City store has a larger selection than New Town.


Do we ship interstate?

No sorry we do not. Due to the fragile nature of our products we could not guarantee them arriving in the same condition in which they left here.


Do we take reservations?

We do not operate a reservations store in either venue and operate on a walk-in only basis. However, we do take reservations for 6 or more guests – depending on availability. To make a reservation please call the relevant venue directly at any time, or send us an email.


Do we custom make cakes?

We apologise, we don’t. Due to the varied and classic nature of our cakes we offer a set cake menu.


Can we cater?

Yes. We can offer our savouries or sweets selection for morning/afternoon tea, breakfast and lunches. Please email us for a quote, remembering to include the number of guests and how many pieces you’d like to offer per person.


Do we sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. Please contact either venue to arrange or purchase online. We can mail directly to the recipient if you would like us to, or simply collect in-store.


Are we open public holidays?

Yes, mostly. Please check by calling in advance.
